Toll Brothers Contemporary Craftsman-Style Single-Family Home - Trim Molding Installation

AUGUST 2022

Our client recently finished construction on a Toll Brothers single-family home in Howard County. They reached out to us for trim and molding ideas that would complement their beautiful contemporary Craftsman-style home. We worked diligently with them on a design and plan of action, so they knew what to expect during the installation process. The scope of work included painting the ceiling a light grey, installing 5/4"x8" crown molding along the perimeter of the ceiling, with a 5/4"x6" rectangular trim in the middle, and board and batten style trim above the fireplace up to the ceiling, painted in a peppercorn color.
